Yesterday, Gabriella had her 9 month check up....and just in the nick of time, it seems. We knew she had a cold going into the appointment, but we found out that also she had fluid in her ear which caused a bit of an ear infection. So she is on Azithromycin for the next 3 days (which, as it happens, I know a lot about having just been tested on antibiotics in Pharm last week). Hopefully she will be back to her old self by Thanksgiving.
In other 9 month check up news: at 9 months, 4 weeks she is 17.5 lbs (17%), 28.5 in (69%) and her head circumference is 18 in (87%) (which explains why even her 12-18 month hats are snug on her).
We also got the okay to feed her "anything" so it looks like she will be eating offered everything from our Thanksgiving meal (exciting!)
