Over the weekend, we went with our friends Nate, Tara and their little boy Liam to a tree farm to cut down our own tree.
It was Ella's and my first time cutting down our own tree and having the choice of so many trees AND the ability to
Hubs did an incredible job cutting down our first fresh tree.
Here we are with our (one and only) teeny tree.
The men were very serous about finding the best trees and thoroughly evaluated all contenders.
Such a easy load compared to our 2x larger 2009 tree...hubs didn't even break a sweat!

Our friends also found their perfect tree...Liam was very excited (maybe more by the leaves than the tree, but Gabriella would agree that leaves really are quite exciting).
