"Happy Birthday Bracelet"

Pictured below is G wearing a bracelet that my mom made her on a random visit last fall.  She has been wanting to wear it a lot the past few weeks.  G has started to refer to it as her "happy birthday bracelet."  This was completely confusing to me since she did not get the bracelet anywhere near her birthday or anyone elses and we did not wear it on her birthday.  Then, one evening we were watching "Wee Sing" and when the main character, Sally, received one of her birthday presents, it turned out to be a bracelet.  At that point G jumped up and said "I wear my happy birthday bracelet" and it all made sense.  And so the influence of the media begins...
